 THE MAGAZINE FOR EDUCATORS OF THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF THE USA- POPULAR EDUCATOR- MONTH FEBRUARY, YEAR 1912.

THE CLASSIC REPERTOIRE OF THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA- THE SONG I WOULD LIKE TO BE A KITE, BY N.B.H. AND NINA B. HARTFORD.

ADDING THE NOTE SHEET.

Ο I am the North Wind,
I and live in the air;
I sprinkle my my frost and my snow ev'rywhere.
I whistle and sing as
I  blow on my way
And this is my song on each cold winter day.

Oo-OO-OO-OO
Oo-OO-OO-OO
Oo-OO- OO-OO-OO- OO
Oo-OO-OO

I tap  each window
and rattle the glass,
The rivers I freeze with my breath as I pass.
I whistle, I kiss all the cheeks of the children at play,
And pinch up their noses, then blow on my way.
