Window shopping in New York is a delightful occupation on a summer morning. Entering big stores or lit tle shops this mother has discovered the latest thing in brother and sister outfits an eminently practical camp-ice box, a rare blend of tea and, much beside to interest and allure. 

Here is one of Miss Maximilian's fetching brother and sister outfits, They are made of printed muslin in contrasting colors, with vests of material and come in blue, pink, rose, yellow, orange, and lavender with hats to match. The dress 2 to 10 years priced at $5.95. the suit 2 to 4 years  it is priced $4.75.The hats all sizes, are  $3.50.    

At Adèle Maximilian's shop, 267 11th Street I saw a most fascinating display of children's clothes.Miss Maximilian, who designs and manufactures all the models she shows, makes a special feature of "brother and sister suits' such as those illustrated on this page and "big and little sister dresses".

 The custom of dressing children alike is growing. Little sisters, and little sisters and brothers are now wear dresses, or dresses and suits, that are replicas of each other.,- this was the motto of Adele Maximilian's brand- brothers, sisters and mothers had to be dressed alike and recognized together as the one perfect American family.  The signature of Adele Maximilian was The Dainty Dress  With plain trasting, collar, cufts and vestees most of  any color combination the pickiest client could fancy.

The Coats were  of Handwoven Wool and were the pride of the Fifth Avenue of the City of New York, The details were as well the signature of Adele Maximilian's- clothes had contrasting borders, and the signature coats had the pure lambswool lining and silk lining. 

Each cliend has enjoyed the hand tailored Hat to match The Set to 6 years 45.00 USD.

Adele Maximilian has been SPECIALIZING IN CHILDREN'S CLOTHES. Boys up to 4 years of age, Girls since Infants up to 16 years of age. Sketches were provided for the personal tailoring on request if the children's adress was provided for the MAIL ORDERS.

Each client has RECEIVED THE PERSONAL CARE of the designer. 

The clients had been the Invitees to Specialty Shops  of ADÈLE In the Heart of Greenwich Village 267 West 11th Street New York. This was the Grand School of the Design of New York.
